ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Company Management

General Manager is responsible for management and coordination of Company activities with an aim to reach mission, vision and strategical goals.

Division Directors, Management Representative for Controlling and Management Representative for QHSE report for their work directly to General Manager.

Divisions

Business Development

Business Development Division is responsible for setup and maintenance of business relations with investors, partners, institutions and institutes. Its main objectives are to reach the market position aligned with vision and strategical goals and to create a positive image in business environment.

Branch Offices

Branch Office is a separate organisational unit in the Company, under the supervision of Division of Business Development, situated in the country or abroad, and set up according to company laws in the country and/or abroad and Company Statute. The main purpose of Branch Office is to provide support for project execution and market research in the country of operations.

Technical Preparation and Contracting

Division of Technical Preparation and Contracting is responsible for coordination and management of the activities which serve as preparation and support for planning and execution of projects.
In addition to technical and financial bid preparation, project planning and contracting, the activities of this Division also include central procurement, logistics and maintenance.

Geophysical Services

Division of Geophysical Services is responsible for execution of projects for seismic data acquisition (2D, 3D, 4D, shallow refraction, UH measurement), gravitational and magnetics recording and other methods of engineering geophysics, according to investor's technical requirements as well as bidding and contractual documentation prepared by Division of Technical Preparation and Contracting.

Drilling and Geotechnical Services

Division of Drilling and Geotechnical Services is responsible for execution of projects in the area of hydrogeology, drilling, cathodic protection and geotechnics, according to investor's technical requirements as well as bidding and contractual documentation prepared by Division of Technical Preparation and Contracting.

Corporate Services

Division of Corporate Services encompasses management and support processes of the Company which are necessary for smooth business operations and project execution. It consists of three independent Departments which are lead by respective Heads:

• Human Resources, Legal and General Affairs
• Accounting and Finance
• Organization and Information.
